The windows and the sidewalk in front of the house were not done. His response was that he didn't have his window supplies or a ladder with him and didn't include it in the cost. When asked about the sidewalks he said he didn't normally include those, just the ones around the house. I then asked him if he had cleaned the gutters and he said he had sprayed them but hadn't removed any of the debris. He cleaned the sidewalks, said he would be back the following day and would do the windows and gutters for no extra cost. I foolishly took him at his word and paid him. Of course that was a week ago and I have yet to see him.
