I was having a spider problem and was astonished when the technician said he didn't go up in the attic to spray because "he doesn't go up in attics since he has had ladders/steps break on him".  Sent an email to the company and will update my review when I have received a response.   UPDATE:  Company called and scheduled another visit to finish the house/attic spray.

They are good and always on time. I haven't had an issue with bugs since using their services. I am very satisfied.

Our builder used them for a termite bomb, and we continued to use them. I would highly recommend them. They are very through and even treated a log outside our home that had termites. I haven't compared prices.

I really like them. It's the same gentleman who comes out every time. I've had him for 2 years. He's such a nice gentleman and I have never seen a bug during that time.

They're prompt but they don't give exceptional service. They just come and do their job and leave. I don't think they've done anything exceptional. As a matter of fact, I'm not even going to renew my contract with them again. I haven't really searched around with regard to price. They do what they're supposed to do. I haven't really had any issues with regard to their responsiveness. I will not use them again in the future because what they do for the money, even I can do the same. They don't do anything exceptional.

They are a good company. They're very thorough and on time. They're courteous. They always send me a reminder mail which is almost like a two week window for their appointment to come. They just do a very good job. If I find something in between and need it to be redone, they'll come out very quickly and treat it without charge. I used a similar company back in Michigan and they were only a few dollars off in price. They didn't give re-treatments in between when I had a problem. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They are very prompt and professional with their work. They usually send a bill about month in advance and we write them the check and they come out do the work. They inspect inside, outside and in the attic as well.

I would recommend them. I would go with them again in the future.

I purchased a home in August 2011 that had been vacant/abandoned for 2+ years. Figuring out what was "needed" to make the home livable made it seem like a bit of a "carnival fun house" for a while. There was no active Termite Bond on the home so I had the company come out to view the property and offer a quote. They were on time and extremely friendly and informative. The quote was reasonable to other companies and they allowed me to make payments since termite bonds can run up to $1000 on average. They also set me up on Pest Services every 90 days. Their initial pest service was the same day they came out which was very convenient for my schedule since I was already there. I explained the home had been vacant so they took extra care to get any areas of the home where pests may have been attracted with no one to bother them. Since that date I have had no problems at all with pests in the home. When the 90 day pest service came up they notified me via mail of the appointment date but did not need to access the home since much of this can be done outside of the home (also very convenient for my schedule). I had an issue in my attic where I could hear a pest but was unsure what type of pest it was. My home backs up to woods so I called them to come take a look. They were able to do this the same day as the normal pest service was scheduled and again the technician was extremely friendly and punctual. He went in the attic, did his review and left some traps. We later discovered it was a squirrel which is not part of their service but the technician came back out 2 additional times to ensure it wasn't rats or another type of pest. He then made a very good recommendation for a compay that could help with the squirrels accessing the attic. I am still set up with their 90 day pest service and would recommend them to anyone. They are affordable and professional but more importantly reliable and a pleasure to work with.

The guy who is our agent who sprays for bugs is a super interesting and fun guy. They bring problems to light like in our crawlspace and we have been able to address things that could have been catastrophic before they come back. They help keep our house in good condition with not only pest control but moisture, mold, and rot.
