The repair itself was fine. The bumper looked new when completed. My complaints are with the associate assigned to my account and the condition of my drivers seat upon completion of the job. The associate was unfriendly and curt anytime I spoke with him. Additionally, he did not call me with status updates during the process. I had to call and ask. When I picked up my car there were what appeared to be some sort of water stains on the drivers seat. I’ve since used Calibur Collision for a separate repair and it was night and day on service - far better.

It went great! Scott at the body shop was very professional and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle . My truck looks like nothing ever happened!

I was rear-ended and went to Norton Richardson on recommendation of my dealer for repairs.  The other party's insurance company paid.

Alan and Todd were very personable and explained in detail the work that would be done. Scheduling had to be done about a month in advance as they are very busy but after I took the car in, I was able to pick it up in a matter of just a couple of days and they handled all correspondence with the insurance company.

The job they did was outstanding!  I would certainly use them in the future!

It went fine.

It is hard for me to evaluate how long the job should have taken, but they had the car for about a month. Fortunately we had a rental car paid for by the other party's insurance and were not inconvenienced. The work they did was AMAZING! I have had work done before on several cars and almost always have to go back with something that they should have seen. The work looked flawless. It truly looked brand new. We couldnt be happier with the final outcome. The only downside I could say would be that it would have been nice to have had regular communication from them as to the status of the repairs. We never knew were things were or if they were nearing completion. I would definitely use them again though, the quality of work was amazing and that is the most important factor in auto repair work.

The repairs were completed on time as originally estimated. The repair work was limited to body only as no mechanical or power train damage had occurred. It required replacement of the driver's side door and repairs to the driver's side back door as well as other body damage. It also required paint matching. We worked with Mike Bryant from our first contact until final inspection at pickup. He was very experienced and extremely helpful through all phases of the repairs. His time estimate was spot on. When we picked up the car, we couldn't believe how great it looked. It looked as good as when we picked it up new from the dealer. One of the things we liked was that Norton and Richardson worded with the car rental agency and a shuttle to the agency and allowed us to leave the car rental at their shop when we picked up our car. The insurance agent who came to our house to inspect the finished car was very complimentary about Norton and Richardson's work and couldn't find anything that required us to return to Norton and Richardson for further repair.

We have used Norton and Richardson Body Shop whenever somebody bangs up a car. We always take it to them to get straightened out. This time was paid for by insurance. They do quality work and are very professional. My father-in-law had used them and he was very happy with them.

They are very good. They always do my bodywork. They aren't the cheapest around but they do a very good job. They do what they say that they're going to do and fix it when they say that they're going to fix it.
