New Technology Pest Management are professional. It is a family owned business that was new to me. They were prompt, thorough, and had good follow up. Best recent experience I have had with a pest control company. I will continue to use them.

I love them. They use natural materials instead of pesticides which do not harm humans or pets. What they use is non toxic. We were having a problem and they were treating them sporadically. They told us that in order to get rid of these kind or roaches, is to do monthly spraying. They did their first monthly spraying, last week. I have been using them for several months now. They use two or three different chemicals that are non toxic. We have this problem because of the drought and these roaches come in search of water. New Technology Pest Management told me that the only way to get rid of them is by monthly spraying. I have been using them for several months. They are very knowledgeable. I like the fact that they do not use pesticides and use non toxic substances. They guarantee their work for a month. If you still see insects after they leave, they will come back within a month and spray again and don't charge me for it. I really like their expertise in the fact that they do pest control without using dangerous pesticides. They were the only ones I could find, but I'm sure there are many others in the phone book.

When I called the number listed on Angies list for the company, a very nice lady immediately answered the phone. She set up an appointment for the time and date of my choosing. John showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was a gentle man, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained the treatment needed to keep my home pest free and with my approval went to work. He was careful, focused, and moved along at a good pace. Before I knew it, he was finished. He did a good job and there were no surprises. I am pleased with the first visit and initial treatment and will be having them back for quarterly maintenance.

They are always very punctual and professional. It took about 20 minutes. The spray they use doesn't leave any lingering oder. I think their rates are reasonable and they do a good job. If I have any problems before my next service, they will come back at no charge. I have been using them for over a year now and would recommend them.

The guy spent a lot of time with me when he gave the estimate. He made sure that I understood everything. He explained everything all over again to my husband. He was just really nice. I think that he did a real thorough job and was careful to make sure that we understood everything. He said that he would run some extra piping to drain off the condensation for air conditioner. However, he didn't do it though I reminded the secretary about it before he came.

They are reasonable. They will work things out with you time-wise. They will also come back if you still have a problem. I have nothing bad to say about them. The treatments have been going well, and the quality of their services have been good.

They are excellent, pleasant and professional. They do what they are asked to do. Their prices are good. I called them and they gave me an appointment in two days.
