General Remodeling
Started off good but quickly became inconsistent in showing up on time without materials to do work. Failed to measure correctly resulting in delays, redoing things, extra money and ordering wrong shutters. Has not shown up to finish details despite emails to him. Turned out to be far more expensive than estimated. Did not may attention to DETAILS.
