We were referred to Moen Chem Dry and they do a nice job cleaning carpets, but they have lost my business because they have damaged some of the corners in my house from their equipment and will not do anything to correct the situation. I called the owner and spoke to them indicating that we had an issue with the corners in our house and they sent someone out to take pictures. Then when I called to check on the status, they indicated that there's no way their technician could have caused it, that it was normal wear and tear and they were not responsible. When I indicated the corners were not in that state before the technician arrived and the technician had not started cleaning carpets with any corner guards on, they stated that it was not true, there were corner guards used and it was not their problem. The technician started using 2 corner guards on the downstairs corners part way into cleaning the upstairs. The upstairs corners are the worst. Please be careful of letting someone into your house that may cause more issues than they fix! Sad because they would have kept my business and anyone I knew if they had handled this properly. I will now always take before photos before I have any work done inside my home and these guys will most certainly not be invited back.

Kyle arrived on time, was very courteous, explained all the options and then did the cleaning. No pressure like many companies who drive you nuts with additional services. Very considerate and careful of our home taking great care not to make any wall marks with the hoses. Took about 75 minutes to clean everything. Drying time was very fast compared to most carpet cleaners we have used in the past. Within 3 hours about 90% was dry. I used a couple of fans to dry a few damp spots in he corners. I would use this service again without hesitation.

They arrived on time. Lg carefully looked at the items to be cleaned. They did an incredible job! The old couch he cleaned looks new. He even got the dirt out of the seams. The den carpet is spotless. We had some pretty large stains and grease spots, he got them all up; all of them!. The very stained oriental rug, that the dog has claimed, is bright and smells nice which is the best outcome we could have imagined. LG had a nice, gentle demeanor, and worked to try to make a little chit-chat, but not too much, which was nice. He didn't overstay, and worked continuously from the time he arrived until he was finished.

Two very nice young men came right on time, and were extremely polite and professional. They moved the furniture and cleaned all the spots that had set in to the carpet. Both were courteous and considerate. Can't say enough about their manners as well as their work ethic! True stars!

They did great work. Only took 4 hours to dry! They were even willing to help move the furniture at no charge. Took them less than an hour to do the work. They showed up on time, set up, and came in right when they quoted us. Wore shoe covers and everything. Then helped us with furniture. Very quick, and the work was high quality. Will use again.

They arrived on time to pick up our rug and returned it on time (and fast!). They did all the work moving furniture to get to the rug and were careful both removing it from and returning it into the house. They really gave us the white glove treatment. The rug looks new and the entire appearance of our living room is improved as a result. Highly recommend!

Smooth service from the phone call, to the service, to an explanation of what they were going to
do, and then another detailed explanation of how it all turned out. They come equipped with literature to help explain the process and offer products to help keep the house clean in the meantime. Top notch job!

The entire cleaning process was done in a most professional way. The cleaning team worked together extremely well and efficiently. They were most respectful of the entrance that they used, always placing a white towel at the entrance that they used. They also used protectors on any corners that they had hoses moving over. They were very willing to return to my home and recheck the pet urine odors that were not completely removed on the initial visit. I have already highly recommended this group to my friends.

n We called Moen Chem Dry initially because it was listed as a green company and used a cleaning process safe for the environment, children, and pets. The employees were very professional and friendly. The technician was on time, was clean cut, and wore a nice uniform with a photo ID badge which made me feel secure. We had some stains and some areas where our dog had accidents. The stains came out and have not reappeared! The technician sold us a pet odor treatment that eliminated our problem. The best part was our carpets dried in less than 2 hours!! We also had them clean our living room furniture. It looks great!! Also, the tile in our master bathroom was cleaned and sealed! It had become drab and now is shiny and clean once again. They were able to do all of this in one visit to our home. Another A+ !! We were very pleased with Moen Chem Dry and will definitely call them again. We recommend Moen Chem Dry to all our friends and family.

I had a good luck with them. I had a groupon. They were the best of all the carpet cleaning I've ever had. It was on the groupon and it was $99 for 3 rooms and it was also $99 for upholstery cleaning of 3 items. It was a pretty good bargain. They just did a really good job. When somebody cleans one's carpets, it looks good while it's still wet and then when it dries it's still messy, but it actually looks clean. I would use them again in the future if need be.
