Miles Road Paint & Body Service

Results were great, metal reshaped and paint blended with existing finish.

They contacted us to make the arrangements. They arranged for the rental car company to pick us up at their shop. We received a text everyday with the status of our vehicle. Our car repair was finished a day ahead of schedule. We were able to leave the rental car there for pickup. Communication was great. Repair was excellent. It could not have gone smoother from estimate to completion. We would definitely use them again.

When they told me it was good to go, I went to pick it up. Luckily I inspected the work first. Noticed numerous problems in the paint job (bubbling, cracking, etc.). The bondo from the join of the quarter panels was also very subpar (pits in the finish when viewed at a certain angle). Also, in the doorframe, they painted over the residue of a sticker which made the paint discolored. I asked them to fix everything, so they paid for a rental car and two days later I came back to inspect it again. This time, I inspected the paint job again. The pitting was fixed, the sticker discoloration was fixed, but now there was chipped paint on the door and in the doorframe from the rework. There were also cracks and chips in the paint between the trunk and quarter panel, as well as the underside of the trunk lid. I pointed all this out to them and they told me it would take 20 minutes to prepare, but it took well over 2 hours to get the car back. There was still some problems but I had enough at that point. I am particularly upset because I'm concerned about what could be wrong with the car that I can't see, and after going through two different teams of inspectors.
They were very polite and professional in customer service and offering to help with the problems I had, but the quality of the work was subpar, and I would not go back there or recommend anyone else to seek their services.

The people at Miles Road however really impressed me and if I need auto body repair in the future I will go straight to them.

I was not impressed with reviews expressed on another site. However, after conferring with the insurance provider, Progressive, I was influenced to review Miles Road Paint and Body at Angies List. The reviews were much more favorable, and my concern was lessened. From the initial visit to the shop, I was impressed with the professionalism of all members of the team. The repair was completed within a reasonable time frame. The weather around the 'end' of the repair delayed the completion, but I was kept informed of the delay, and the 'new' delivery was adhered to. The resultant 'repair' is outstanding and the area of repair is not detectable from the original fit and finish. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Miles Road Paint and Body.

Quality of repair was good but it did take longer than originally told. Apparently running short-handed due to one of their technicians having a family emergency so understandable. Overall, they did a good job and I would use again.

Truck ran into a wall (with some help from myself) and required the rear quarter panel to be replaced (or so I thought) -- Took it to Miles, and they were able to repair, and repaint without replacing parts (even dealt with my rhino liner and Retrax bed cover system in place for a minimal fee) -- when work was done, I was like WOW, you can't tell!!!

This is the 4th or 5th time we've used them because they are a fantastic company. They are phenomenal. The staff is polite. They are willing to fix problems. One time my husband had a rear bumper painted and he didn't feel that it matched so they redid it without any qualms. They worked hard to make that correct. They are very concerned about that which is what my husband likes a lot about them. Once they got us a rental car. They are real great local folks. We've been with them for 10 years and we won't take our car to anybody else.

Just a few hours after submitting my claim to my insurance company I received a phone call from Miles Road Paint and Body Services. I drove over the next day for an estimate but based on the type of damage was told it was not street legal. I needed a rental car and they immediately checked my insurance and called for a car to come get me. They were able to give me an estimate for the job the next day, contacted my insurance company, and began work immediately. I was called every two business days with an update and an estimated completion date. They were also able to give me options that helped to lower my deductible. My truck was finished on time and looks amazing. The employees are friendly, understanding, and overall outstanding to work with. I will recommend them to everyone I know in the future.

The staff was very professional. They estimated a time when they could fix the car approx. 2 weeks from when they originally looked at the car. They said they would need to keep the car three days and the work was done when promised. They estimated the work to cost $500 which was half the price that the insurance company had quoted us. The work they did looked wonderful, as if the accident had never happened and the paint matched perfectly. They even vacuumed out the inside of the car before giving it back to us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They provided excellent service and were one of the nicest people that I have dealt with. They were plain and polite. They were very attentive and attended to details. They didn’t charge me anything to look at my vehicle. I would definitely go back to them in future.
