These guys were fantastic. A had a wobbly toilet that had awful odor coming from the base. They were able to narrow down problem to 1 of 2 things (wax seal or flange) and quoted a price based on their over the phone assessment. Sure enough it was the flange that had been improperly installed by builders. Although the scope of work was a little more because it was improperly installed they did not jack up price and they fixed it immediately. Not only did they fix the flange they replaced the wax rings and bolts. I really appreciate their attention to detail. They were careful to protect surrounding area and left every thing very clean. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues.

The guys who installed our toilet were courteous and quick, and made sure the job was done correctly. We were very happy with how fast they responded to our request to install once we had our model back from the store. Very happy with the work they did. Would definitely use them in the future.

"I'm sorry you think we have not handled your experience on a timely matter, etc, but If you look back via Angie's List messages your first message to us that you've purchased service was on 11/22/2015. We in Fact messaged you back 11/25/205, Not two weeks later! Asking if one of the dates you requested would work for you. You did not respond after that until 12/8/2015 and no where in the messages provided us with a phone number until 12/8 to contact you!Leaving us with no other options to communicate with you. Now when the owner of our company spoke with you , you in fact told him the other company said the work that Lowcountry Plumbing did had no part of the other leak you had, which was very upstanding of them to be honest. Also when he spoke with you about it he told you that we could have one of our guys there immediately at that time ya'll spoke. Again we apologize if you believe you've had a bad experience but we are an A rating team and treat our customers with respect and do our best to take care of everyone in a timely matter and please everyone out there. The Lowcountry plumbers were completely professional and extremely capable. They kept us informed of all they were doing every step of the process. From the first contact to the last dustpail of their cleanup, they were very efficient and absolutely thorough. They will be my first call for any plumbing work I need in the future.

Although we were a little delayed by the storm, the work was done efficiently and well. Plumbers were very knowledgable and made the necessary repair in short order. While they were at it they also repaired a leaky valve. We were very satisfied.

First of all, we are in Texas and our Rent House is in Summerville, SC. Our biggest problem with trying to find service companies that do not take advantage of that. But not Low Country. They did everything exactly as they said they would plus handled some minor issues with no extra charge. The tenant said the repairman was very professional and polite. Honesty, professionalism, and politeness - you cannot ask for more than that. I recommend this company and will use them again.
