"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Thank You so much for your kind words. We strive on a daily basis to achieve exactly what you stated. God Bless! Jeff Bernard President/CEO"
some old screws from the old gutter in the driveway. I picked them up. No harm done.
Scheduling was a bit problematic as the install time was projected for 7-8 weeks from the date the service was ordered. Leafguard stated that this was because they are so busy. Perhaps adding another team or two might help?
Overall I am satisfied with the services provided.
"This report not only came as a surprise, but is also very confusing because of the efforts we made to address the customers concerns. It upsets me to get a report like this. We try hard to do just the opposite! Yes, they are more expensive, but ALL covered systems are. You spend more so that you don't have the maintainence. I do not avoid calls of any kind, and a response was made to all of her concerns in a timely manner. Not only did I respond, but I sent out a crew on the next Saturday to address all concerns (including reconfiguring downspouts from an addition on the back of the house). They were satisfied with the work that was done and I have not heard anything since 2008 until I read this report. I met with the customers after reading this and the only places of concern were areas on the house where approximately 600sq. ft. of roof feeds to a very small area which overshoots in heavy rain. I DO NOT assure anyone that the gutter will work perfectly in these conditions. In fact, I do just the opposite and its in big print on the front of the contract. I spoke with Member about these areas and how we might be able to improve them. He was going to monitor the situation and call me back . I have had no response. I would be proud to show this job to anyone."
