Excellent; I have an annual program with them and they do a fabulous job; always notify me and tell me when they are coming.  Ask what issues if any I have.  Do a fantastic job of treating the lawn, trees, bushes, etc.  If you pay annual for the service, you get a really good discount.  First-rate!

I have used LD's for several years to treat all aspects of lawn, shrubs, trees, etc., and do do a fabulous job; always on time, professional and also give good advice regarding core and additional services which are needed.  Even though they have been treating my lawn for several years, I began to notice that sections of the grass were turning brown.  I called to discuss the condition with them.  The Manager called me back in only a few minutes and after I explained what was happening, he said he thought I needed a 'perk treatment'; he would have Matt come back the next day and do it for free--honest!  Matt did the treatment and voila--within two weeks my grass is awesome!  No question I would highly recommend Lawn Doctors.

  Technician was to apply mole repellent to my yard.  Customer service explained it was applied to the entire perimenter of the yard to keep moles from entering the property.  When I saw the invoice I looked for the granules which were to have been spread.  I called customer service since I could not see any granules.  Customer service described what the granules looked like and again I tried to find evidence of them.  Technician called me and said that he had spread them in the morning and "IF YOU LOOK ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR DRIVEWAY YOU WILL SEE SOME GRANULES THAT WERE ACCIDENTLY OVERSPRAYED".  Indeed, there were pellets on the driveway, and pellets for three feet on the ground abutting my neighbors, but no pellets on the yard in the front or the back!!  NO pellets anywhere but on the driveway and three linear feet on the side, midway up the front lot line.  These were fairly large, and since I hadn't been looking on the side, I had missed them.  They were large enough to easily spot and I then went around the entire perimeter trying to find more--without success.
As I figure it, he got out of his truck, threw some pellets on the driveway and a few feet on one section of the side of the drive, walked to my garage door and left the invoice for $55 and drove away!!  WHAT A SCAM!!

When I was in Summerville it went very well...no issues what so ever.  Initially it was good in West Ashley as well at my home.  Then I started noticing areas of lawn along fence and property lines were not being treated same as remainder of yard.  I have irrigation system and watered 2 times per week....4 times a week initially but after lawn was established and weeds started trying to invade it was a nightmare.
I had patches of grass dying and other areas along property edges the weeds were not being kept in control as rest of yard both front and rear.  It was as if the technician was just out to spray the majority of yard area and was not intent on ensuring it was covered to the property lines and such for full coverage.  I contacted the main office a couple different times and they sent someone out again to do a spot check and respray.....but then it would go back again.  Yard was being overrun with dollar weeds, crab grass, clover and others from empty lot next door and nothing was working.
I ended up discontinuing service and will likely end up reseeding and doing the treatments myself once I successfully rid the yard of the invasive weeds.  Just hoping it is not going to require me to kill everything and put down brand new sod again especially since the yard is new (Spring 2008).  It never did get as plush and nice as my yard in Summerville...
I suspect it was the service technician cutting corners rather than the company itself...but after a few complaints you think they would see a pattern and make changes.  I was disappointed after such a good experience while in Summerville....
Hopefully it is back on track or the technician is gone and no longer working my area.

I found them through a friend of mine. The fungus took over in big circles. Nothing was ever really done. They come and sprayed. My experience with them was a little bit better though.

They will do extra if I need it.  I pay per visit.

They come around when they are scheduled. If anything is ever wrong they will come out and help. The workers are friendly. They are self-activating and I don't need to talk to them much.
