It took a couple of months to finish. He was thorough in his evaluation of the problem by taking it apart initially to see what the problem was, whereas other contractors said here's what we are going to have to do and here is what the problem is. This guy fixed it and found more damage that had been there for years. They did a very good job. They were excellent in their repair. It hasn?t leaked at all and it was a professionally done job. I wasn't pleased because these guys do it part time and they are also firemen. The project dragged out longer than it should have and they didn't manage their subs as well as they could have. It took several days for them to come back out and finish the job. We held back ten percent until they came back and finished the job. Finally the sub came out and finished the paint job. They left it kind of messy. There were nails, sawdust, dirt, tools, insulation and junk all over the patio that I had to clean up because we had weekend plans. They cleaned up the big items but I had to do the rest. The price was in line with others. They did come when they said they would be here. He was a good Christian man.

The job went very well, we are happy with quailty and timelyness of work.
