I was trying to get him to pay for some of the things that we've had to pay in this house that we bought from him. It was his mother's house and he was the real estate agent but he just totally lied. He covered up things and just lied. He did reap us off and when he put his whole marketing it was impeccably maintained house and you wouldn't think less about that except it's his parent's house. So you would think he would know, two, he said his mum had old timers and that she couldn't give us a disclosure and there was no disclosure. So we bought the house with no disclosure at the highest price and using what he said that it was impeccably maintained because I was stupid enough to believe him. It turned out that his mum doesn't have old timers and the house is not impeccably maintained and we spend $20,000 immediately to fix the drainage issues because there was water up next to the house. And he acted like he doesn't know anything about it, 'We don't know anything about water.' When we got mediation, the mediator tells us stupid stories about another water issue and how the one lady didn't perceive three inches of water as problem. From then on all of a sudden she didn't perceive the water as a problem. Everything is wrong with this house and they just walked with it and got away with it and when I called the board of realtors they wouldn't even call me back. I would never ever trust them on anything again because he just lied and she just agreed with him.
