It was a nightmare in itself. They started in January and finished in June. Home Depot was great as far as the designing and getting the materials. The contractor was not experienced in doing that kind of work. He had since been fired by them. We would recommend them as long as they use a different contractor to do the install. They fought to get everything fixed. We didn't compare the pricing so it is hard to say if it was a normal price.

I liked the experience. On the weekend they were getting ready to leave and i did not have a microwave and he wired the circuit so that i atleast have a microwave before i left after the weekend.

we are still getting items corrected and finish the job.

Home Depot showed up close to on time. They were very professional. He was very informative. His prices were high and we went with someone else. They had fine windows, if you wanted to spend that much money. It was a good quality window and service.

They were prompt, they did a good job.

Crew of three worked efficiently quickly and were very polite. One seam between new hall way carpeting and one of three bedroom carpets was not very straight. Crew onrolled carpeting on drive for cutting after sweeping drive off. Carpeting picked up lots of pine needles and leaves do to felt backing which they brought into the house. We asked crew to remove leaves/ pine needles which they accomplished to a to a certain extent( using our broom because theirs was worn out); however, we felt this was less than professional and represented poor judgment and workman ship on their part. As the worked progressed they chipped several areas of trim which we had to touch up later and dirt smudges on walls which needed to be cleaned. After their departure we found one air vent where there was a large uneven gab between the edge of the vent and the carpeting. This is part of the Home Depot and quot;Whole Houseand quot; install package which was around $97.00 with purchase of carpeting. We would not recommend this service to others.

Whenever I have been there they have taken care of always asked what I needed. I will use them again in the future.

The experience was fine. They were here on time. They were very efficient. They did a very good job.

In selecting interior colors for our entire home, I brought home more than 30 different sample jars. I thought I knew what I wanted until I saw the colors on the wall. I went through 4 complete palates before I found the perfect one for me. It is definitely helpful to know what you do NOT want as well as what you like.

Their staff was pretty helpful and I found what I wanted. Their prices are really good compared to others. Overall, they were good.

We had Granite countertops installed by Home Depot, Summerville. The mechanics of the install were good. The stone company that Home Depot uses, cut the stone in such a way that there are opposing grains meeting at a butt joint. (in two places). . The company that did the install is Stone Interiors of South Carolina... somewhere near Columbia. When I went to the Home Depot Management, I was told that "that is the way THEY do it and what you got is what you got". Soooooo.... instead of increasing the value of my house, I think we have depreciated the value of my house. I really expected more from Home Depot as far as consumer protection. We went to Home Depot so we would get a good, professional installation and to prevent this sort of thing from happening. I do not think that for $3000.00+ we are being unreasonable to ask that the countertops grain "flow" in the same direction rather than oppose each other at a 90 degree angles. I HAVE SINCE CALLED AND TALKED TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF STONE INTERIORS AND HE AGREES THAT THE STONE COULD HAVE BEEN CUT DIFFERENTLY AND HAS AGREED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE JOB! THANK YOU STONE INTERIORS!!

They picked up a carpet and gave me a time. They came out and installed it very quickly. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves and I didn’t even know that they were here. I had a positive experience with them.

They are good to veterans and hire them. They are very professional and I enjoy going there. I would recommend them.

They started in May. They came out to measure and give us an estimate. It seemed odd, so we had someone else measure again. It was an odd size so we had to have it special ordered. We changed our mind about the type of door. And it just took a long time to get things handled. When they finally brought the door we chose the guy told us that the door wouldn't work. Two to three weeks later someone finally called and then it was a long time before we heard from them again. We finally decided to cancel it and they refunded our money. We used them for a previous job in remodeling our kitchen and they did a wonderful job.

We have always been happy with their service and products.

The installers arrived early, and were finished in three hours or less. Very good install, no damage, moved furniture with no problems. Carpet seam is not noticeable at all. Vacuumed and cleaned up completely.

It took a crew of 8 roofers, 1 day to complete the entire job. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up, but left a few little things here and there, nothing out of the ordinary though.
