It went very well. They got here on time. Was very nice, actually they went out there way to be nice. They got everything done in time and after they left you couldn't even tell they was there.

I called Mr Darrell creason on a friday night and told him how we had a family member pass and we was going to have people down for a funeral if he could come look at our ac unit him and his Brother rodney creason came that very night bc they knew that we needed help fast while they was here I happened to mention that we needed some sheetrock fixed and a couple of rooms painted as a matter of fact i was saying how we had tryed to get some people to come look at everything but never showed up we mr Darrell told us him and his brother could start working on everything the next morning and promosed everything would be done before people got there on sunday Darrell and his Brother went out theyer ways to make us feel like we was family not a client they fixed some duct work that was tore up under the house charged our unit cleaned the coils and hung the sheet rock and painted all in the same day they worked theyer tails off and only charged us $1500.00 for everything and believe me there was a lot of work that needed to be done in a small amount of time well a couple days later we get a delivery they had sent us a bunch of flowers and a card with theyer codolences but what realy suprised me is there was a check for $600.00 with a note that said we know times are tough and we are so sorry for your loss we cant replace your loved one but we would love to adopt you into our family so from this time on you and your family is our family that made me my wife and a lot of our family cry these men are more then just a buisness they are truely one of those family owned business that actually will go out theyer way to make you feel important i realy do recommend them they know theyer stuff and will work with you to fix the problem for a price you can afford
