Unless you have an extra $5k built into your budget to be able to hire an attorney to get Greg to finish the job, he is not the home builder for you. If integrity, honesty, accountability and attention to detail are important to you, Greg is not the builder for you. When we complained about several issues with the house his investor Howard, told us if his wife complained, he’d tell her to “shove it.” Our punch list become a negotiation tool. They agreed to fix two of the over 20 issues. We were told many of the issues would be handled in the 11 months walk through. It took two years to get Greg to come out for our 11 month walk through and we never heard from him again. These are not people you want to hire to build a fence much less an entire home.
