These guys seemed very professional at first, on time and ready to go. Poor leadership - agreed a deal to specific terms in which they could not perform, had to do over 3 times. So much wrong with the job than I can write - kept using my electrical, tripping breakers ( interrupting internet ), didn't know how to blend the flakes from trying to repair their mistakes, didn't grind flat as it was sold to me. It was supposed to be non-slip because of the pool, it was slippery, had to do over and they didn't lay down the rhino grip in a proper way, just threw handfuls and looks blotchy. Sloppy sloppy work, see pictures of flakes in the grass and were everywhere. Burned my new grass with the generator and chemical solvent. 2 days turned into 11 days of my patio area being dismantled ( outdoor kitchen plus more ). They even got epoxy on my garden hose. It was a horrible experience especially from being very excited at first.

Love my garage floor. I'm a neat freak and this definitely helps with my OCD 😁 The guys did a great job!!

They did a great job with our garage floors! They knocked it out in one day and did an amazing job. This is the first time we have decided to get our garage floors done and man it makes such a difference. Makes it not feel like a garage and more like a room finished room. We are excited to put it to use.

After obtaining a few estimates to epoxy my two car garage and front porch I decided upon Garage Experts of Charleston. Today (8/20/25) the work was done. Two men showed up at the exact scheduled time of 8:00 am and started working. Both were clearly professionals and went about grinding the floor to remove the eight tire stains from two cars along with other unsightly marks. They worked diligently throughout the day until they finished. I'm very happy with the results and both areas have been transformed. There were some areas that were more shiny than others but the co-owner came out and is going to have those spots refinished. All and all a very reliable, trustworthy company.
