Was extremely pleased with work that was done on and in my home. Each team was professional, punctual and extremely neat. They cleaned up after each and every job. You would never know they had been there without actually seeing their outstanding work.

They did a phenomenal job. I had never used a contractor before and was new to the area. I got their name from my real estate agent. They did a very small job for me. They assessed everything that I needed to be done. They were very kind. I don't know anything about construction, but they explained to me what needed to be done. They were always on time and incredibly neat and clean when they left. I can't say enough good about them. They were very good about taking my budget into consideration and looking at the projects that I had. They were able to tell me from the beginning how much it would cost with labor, materials, and everything. They made it easy to understand and were in no way condescending.

I talked with several contractors about my required repairs and received 2 professional bids that I considered. They were very close in description of work to be performed and price. I chose G Tupper III because they have been in the Summerville area for 20+ years. The estimate was given for the subfloor work on the understanding that it was possible additional damage could be found when demolition began. At that time it would be addressed and options discussed. We did not have to deal with that as the original estimate had been based on a thorough investigation of the crawl space area. In addition, Jordy, the owner said that he would do his best, and thought that he could, replace all of the floor joists and rebuild the subfloor in the kitchen without removing the kitchen cabinets. It would have been much easier for them to demo the cabinets and build new ones. By supporting the cabinets with 4 X 4's until the joists could be replaced under the cabinets, they were able to accomplish this. I checked the progress every evening after work and this was amazing. If the cabinets had moved even slightly I think I would have seen some grout in the backspash tile cracked. This saved us several thousand dollars because I did not have to replace the cabinets, granite tops and tile backsplashes in the kitchen. The rest of the job went the same way, with little or no problems and very good communications.

Jordy and his team, Jim and Adrian, who I dealt with when I had questions, seemed genuinely concerned with the quality of work and our comfort with all aspects of the job. I felt like they would have done it the same way if it were their home. They began and finished on schedule.
