Sole proprietor with only one helper/teacher/father. All work is done on premise. We take all payments type Cash, Visa MasterCard and Check. A one half deposit is required on all work left to be repaired.

We repair all leather good, belts, car seats and I'm known to be creative with me heavy duty sewing machine from car to tent covers. My abilities allow me to do more than just leather. If you have a idea just call and find out. If man made it I can fix it to an extent., heels, luggage, orthopedic, purse, soles, tack, zipper replacement

The shoes look like new and the Vibram soles they put on will last a long time. The gentlemen in the shop were great. The only thing that left us wondering was that the shoes also needed a new pair of laces (they were obviously frayed and coming apart) but they left the old laces on, and did not ask about whether we wanted them replaced (and we forgot to ask about it when we picked up the pair of shoes).

I had been told by the store where I purchased the shoes that my options were to find a local repair shop, or ship them back to Dansko for repair, which would cost $8 + shipping, and take maybe a month. My bad back demands that I wear these shoes every day for work, so shipping to Dansko was not a viable option. I had never used a shoe repair service before, so I really didn't know what to expect. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. This is a tiny shop, tucked into a back corner of a restaurant's parking lot, and it is crammed FULL of repaired shoes, purses, saddles, etc. The 2 proprietors (father and son?) were very nice--welcoming and friendly, but not in an overbearing way. They looked at my shoes and said repair would be 2 days and $10, $5 down and $5 on completion. And they didn't laugh at me when I got mixed up and came back on the wrong day. The completed shoes seem perfect; the repair is invisible. Overall, a joy to do business with. I will be using them from now on. I wish all my business transactions went this smoothly.
