I'm still waiting to hear back from him to let me know about my house. I just need to give him a call and find out because I haven't heard anything from him and until I get that letter from him, I can't do anything more about it. He's not going to be the one doing the work, he's the one that needs to write up this letter and tell me how much I owe him and that's the end of our business transaction. He was fairly punctual coming to my house.
