 + -1 moreWent EXCELLENT! The only issue we had was with the headboard. The side rail did not lock into place when we tried to lock it in to the headboard. I called Julie and spoke with her dad, also who wanted to make sure I knew how to put it together. He told me he'd let Julie know and she'd order another headboard. About a week later the new headboard came in and I asked if they could send someone out (free-of-charge) and she agreed to doing that with no hesitation. A few days later, it was switched out with the old one and worked perfectly! I would definitely refer and call Julie again.
Description of Work: Called Engelberg's and spoke to Julie who got a price on a bed that I saw on a website. She was very helpful, pleasant and prompt about getting me a price and information about that product. The order was going to take up to 3 weeks which was fine to me. It was for my daughter's 5th birthday and would be late but it was my fault for waiting so long. Surprisingly, it arrived a few days prior to her birthday. My husband picked it up and I put it together the next day.
