Deposit of $500 made June 2006 and was told work would commence in 4-6 weeks. Failed attempts to contact for several months and finally was able to talk to a customer service rep in October 2006 who indicated I would get a call back. Never did. April 2007 I finally reached someone again and was told "we already completed your work". HA! When I explained that they did not they were out within days. Work was complete (and done beautifully) within 2 weeks. They called every other day harassing me to pay the balance even after I explained that the payment had been made through an online banking system and would take a week or so to get them. Funny how they call back when they want to get paid. 4 weeks later patio started cracking. I had received a warranty letter and attempted to contact them again. After logging details from calls with little or no response, 10 months later the repairs were finally made. This company was a NIGHTMARE to deal with!
