We were given a written estimate. This changed on a daily basis because our home is older and as things were torn out more damage was found. The work done on the outside was completed. The inside was not. We were asked for money up front and we paid. Supposedly the work is completed. However,the bathtub spout was left hanging on the copper pipe connection. That is because the tile was not measured and cut correctly and it cannot be connected to the pipe. We paid $2,0000 for the bathroom renovation and we cannot even use the bathtub. The repair of drywall and painting in the kitchen is very suspect. The painter did not even use tape to keep paint from getting on the cabinets and baseboards. Also, nothing was covered to keep dust from getting all over the house when the drywall was sanded. We have begged him to come back and do the right thing but all we get is unkept promises and lies.
