They were recommended by our plumber. They came promptly, they did a beautiful job, they were here when they said they were gonna be here. I was very satisfied.

A water pipe in attic space above bedroom burst early on a Saturday morning. The plumbing company we use regularly recommended Clean Masters. With 3 inches of standing water we really didn't have have time to research disaster mitigation companies so I called them. Initially, they didn't have a crew readily available but promised to get a team out ASAP. Fifteen minutes after I hung up, and much to my surprise, a Clean Masters truck with a crew and all equipment showed up and without hesitation went right to work. If I hand picked the crew team myself I could not have picked a better team. Lynn and Carlos are consummate, highly trained professionals with many years of experience and knew exactly what needed to be done each day to optimize the extraction process. It took four days of continuous operation to extract all the water from my carpeting, walls and wood flooring. Each morning, at exactly our agreed to time Lynn and Carlos showed up promptly to check up on and report the status of the extraction progress. Regardless of how busy they were they were more then willing to take the time to explain in detail what they were doing, how the complex array of humidifiers and dryers worked and provide continuous status reports. I was especially pleased when they included my wife and I in any decision making process. Clean Masters made the entire disaster restoration process as stress free as possible. Invoice for services was very detailed. Cost of entire operation was accepted as is by our insurance company. Best of all I did not have to pay Clean Masters until our insurance company sent us a check. I want to thank Pam, the receptionist, for always being cheerful and helpful, Lynn and Carlos for there professionalism and Rodney Faulling for putting it all together. Would I used Clean Masters again? ABSOLUTELY !!!!
