Wrought Iron Service
The quality of the actual iron work was mediocre, but the real problem was the installation. They were not careful (even after being repeatedly reminded) and as a result they damaged the stucco on the house. They came to install balconies and did not even bring a ladder!! They lacked proper tools (I had to lend a concrete drill bit, a metal drill bit, a metal file, air hose nozzle, clamps, tape and more). They did not know how to properly install bolts into concrete and cracked my wall as a result. Then they installed other bolts poorly so they pulled out. I had to show them how to do much of the job. Over all, I would say they are unprofessional in the extreme and did not care that they made a total hash on my project. I would avoid they at all costs.
