About us
We are a small family owned and operated business of 4. We provide contracts to our clients for the services we will be performing. Our services require a 1/3 deposit upon signed contract and additional payments are requested throughout the project as it progresses (normally 3-4 payments)..We are licensed, bonded and insured. We also offer small discounts to repeat clients and small discounts on future projects for referrals that result in a contract. We also have an electrical subcontractor we know and trust for projects that require a licensed electrician.

The windows on my 150 year old house required extensive repair. Because of the extensive experience that this firm has in working with the rules and regulations that govern the repair and proper restoration of historic buildings this job was performed flawlessly. After signing the contract, my wife and I did not have to become involved with any of this project in any way. The work was completed ahead of schedule and every aspect of the repair (permitting, craftsmanship, and lead abatement) were handled professionally and completely.
I have lived in Charleston for 25 years and could not recommend a restoration firm in this area more highly. The windows are beautiful and again look as good as when originally installed.
