They showed up on time and did a great job with the power wash. The house looks brand new and the outside of the windows are also clean. Great job and would hire again.

Trae shows up on time, if not early, and goes to work. He does the job quite thouroghly and takes the time to do it right. This is the third time I've used Trae's services. I have been satisfied every time. Trae,is not the cheapest but I do believe he is the best. Your call on what you want.

Trae came to my house the day that I called him. He walked me through everything he was going to do and how it would be done. An appointment was set and he showed up right on time. He was meticulous in his work and the house looks great. I highly recommend him.

This is a 4,000 sq foot home with many angles and 3 stories high to price reflected that. The work was done in half a day which was incredible. Really like having the low-pressure washing as there is way much less chance of paint being chipped off during the process which, of course, saves time going back after a power wash job and touching up paint.

It's not often that someone pays so much attention to his work, but Trae is a very detailed guy. Clearly a perfectionist, he took the time to prep my house, walk me through what he was going to do and how he would do it, and then proceed to do a thorough job from top to bottom. I watched him go over areas multiple times until he was satisfied. At the end of the rather long day, he took his time to go over the job with me to make sure I was happy, and even took the time for some nice conversation. I especially appreciate the lower pressure / high volume method that ensures my paint won't come off with the grime!
I have used other, much less thorough services in the past, but I will not even consider anyone else. His price may be a bit higher, but this is 100% a case of "you get what you pay for."

We prepped beforehand, moving planters, porch furniture and other items. He was quick and efficient. When he was delayed by traffic, he was very good about calling and keeping us posted on his expected arrival. He was very courteous and stopped a few times to allow our guests to pack their car and depart. Great job.

We needed to have our 3 story home cleaned and I had not had any luck getting it done. I own a Northern Tool 3500 psi machine and had not been able to get the house cleaned as I wanted it. I called Trae and he came out and gave us a quote. I felt it was a fair price to accomplish what I had not been able to do. He was on time, cleaned the house better than I had anticipated. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. The stubborn mold on my painted surfaces (siding, trim, ceilings and porch rails) is all gone. Great jib and thanks. Another solid person that does what he said he would do.

I can't say enough good about this company. I contacted him for estimate and got an almost immediate response. I had to reschedule a couple of times, due to unforeseen circumstances and he handled it very professionally. When he came, he was on time to the minute, gave me a great price compared to other estimates, and discussed all concerns, in detail. The job was done very quickly and looks better than the last few times we have had it cleaned (and I thought they did a good job!) Trae made sure to wet down the deck and plants well, to protect them from any potential damage. He also told me how to wash my painted furniture. And, finally, by the time he left, I felt like I had made a new friend. as he is very personable. I will definitely use him again!!

The work was done carefully and thoroughly. This was not the least expensive provider I spoke with but we often get what we pay for. Of the power washing services I spoke with, this company was the only one that actually came out and looked at my house before discussing the approach to cleaning and pricing the job.

Charleston Power Wash provided a great service. I called a few companies for an estimate but Charleston Power Wash was the only company that spoke to me in depth about what they use to wash and the pressure of the water, also this company was the only one to not instantly give a quote over the phone just purely based off of square footage of the house - which I appreciated! Trae was punctual and did a great job cleaning the vinyl siding, he also cleaned the screened in porch and washed down our outside furniture. We will definitely be a repeat customer of Charleston Power Wash.
