None of the other competitors came close to matching the quote for an install that CAC did. Saved over a $1,000 for comparable equipment. They offer Rheem and Lennox, some of the best rated heat pumps in the industry. The tear out replacement of split system took between 3-4 hours.

They were very professional, fast, responsive, and provided great service at a great price for my new HVAC system. A day after the install, a Quality Control person came to check the install and tweak the system to my needs (make it quieter and make it go on/off less). So far the system is running well.

After a number of competitive quotes, I chose Carolina Air Care and their Lennox system for my total HVAC replacement. They were easy to work with, had great follow up and provided the best value. Carolina Air Care was very responsive and on time from initial inspection for the quote to the final installation of the new interior unit and exterior unit. Excellent work, great value and good quality for a job that our useless home warranty would not even call us back about. They are very diligent on the follow up check of our new system after the install. I would recommend Carolina Air to anyone who is experiencing the same HV/AC problems my wife and I went through. No more cold January and February nights at the Corner ( Monks Corner SC)

After waiting for repair service for two months with American Home Shield warranty service we caved from the continued cold and called an outside company, Carolina Air Care to replace our 35 year old system. We are very comfortable with our choice. The charge was as quoted before the install, and Paul and Tony worked in tandem to install the split system. They were both competent, friendly but professional, wore masks, cleaned up after the install, and even cleaned the furnace closet prior to placing the new unit in it. I could not have asked for a better team to do the job! Thank you Carolina Air, Tony, and Paul.

Jake came out to give look over what we had and give an estimate on replacing it. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in discussing the options of three 3 models for us to consider. He answered all my questions about the differences/efficiency of each of the models and also made sure I knew about the rebates that were offered. We went with Carolina Air Care to do the A/C/Split Heat Pump replacement and they were prompt and professional with their work. We had this work done in May 2020 and over these past several months have noticed a significant reduction in our electric bill from the previous year - upgrading to a new model was worth it and we would us them again.

Carolina air care did an amazing job at my house. They beat all of the competitor's prices, showed up on time and completely removed old hvac system and installed new hvac unit in 3 hours. A few says later, they sent out a person to verify everything was installed properly and in working order. I would highly recommend.

After 4 visits and close to $500 spent in "repair" parts, the company could not correctly diagnose why our system kept shutting down. The final visit resulted in them telling us that we needed to spend $550 on a new control board, an air handler (for our heat pump) and a new wireless thermostat. I refused, and had another HVAC company come out 2 days later who correctly diagnosed the issue as a 3 volt fuse on the control board that was extremely loose and kept coming out of it's port and shutting down our system. We did NOT need to spend all of the money on other parts that the company said would fix the problem, and ultimately did not. And, if I had agreed to spend another $550 on the parts they said I needed, it would have been totally unnecessary. The owner will not speak directly to me about their unethical service dealings, and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
