The guy that did the work was way to compromised physically to be on a ladder.  NIce older man though I was really nervous that he might fall - especially when carrying heavy things.   I did not realize it until a several months later, though he did not properly protect my floors from the ladder that had teeth on it.  I now have some deep scratches/gouges as a result.  The floors were not perfect before - though these scratches/gouges are worse that any other imperfections.  The man also told me that I needed to change a little motor out - which was true.  It was a VERY simple job and he offered to do the labor for free.  The labor took about 3 minutes.  However - he was going to charge me $40 for the part that I was able to go to the local HVAC parts store and purchase the EXACT same part to less than $3!!!  I am assuming my ducts got cleaned though who knows for sure because of the physical state of the nice older guy.

The second floor unit appeared to be installed well and other than a blockage in a drain line which resulted in water damaging the paint/drywall it still works well. Upon inspection of the 1st floor unit I met with Brian and explained my concerns. He inspected the system, tested it, then argued with me and explained to the general contractor that nothing was wrong.  Later, when the GC was not there, he took my advice and reconfigured the ductwork as well as added some. I have had cooling issues with the1st floor unit since the day the house was done. Just today in fact I was troubleshooting the unit to figure out why it is freezing up.

That worked out okay. It wasn't anything really good. He charged me $200 for his thermostat and you can buy the same thing elsewhere for $80.

Good, altho tenants made it difficult for servicemen to get it. Also warrantied his work covering further problems. No longer own the home.

Their price was reasonable, they're neither too high nor too low for that kind of work, seems like it. It's not cheap. They're here when they said they're going to be here. The gentleman that they sent out was very courteous and he explained my thermostat and everything to me, so at least they keep you informed.

We have always been pleased and he is good at scheduling around our activities.  He has replaced many items on our heat pump and been very reasonable cost wise.  His technicians are always prompt and professional.

Brian's Mechanicals has taken over all our HVAC needs for my 4 rental properties, and our home.  Brian is former Navy and really knows his stuff.  He doesn't rely on guess work, but uses proper instruments, tools and procedures to accurately identify anything wrong with your HVAC system.  He is ultra responsive, fair and reasonable with his charges.  If anything is overlooked (rare) he makes things right to your satisfaction.  By far the best HVAC service I've ever encountered.

The problem was that the whole unit needed replaced, but they just tried fixing it.  They said that the fix they had done was guarenteed not to break and it did.  They did not honor their warranty on their work.

I would use them again.

The tech arrived on time, he was polite and courteous. Went right to work finding my problem. Explained what the problem was and fixed it without having order the part.  Having parts on hand was a definite plus. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Responded quickly to request for quote. Was only vendor who did thorough inspection and load analysis, Was not the cheapest. Professional operation.
