BOB'S LANDSCAPING

I was excited to purchase a Washingtonian Palm Tree from Bob’s Landscaping on March 24, 2016, whereas Leslie was very polite and very helpful. She even arranged next-day delivery and planting. She arranged it so I would not have to be home! Awesome! I have a circle brick formation for the tree to go into the center of. I had a former stump grounded by a tree grinding company so everything was ready-to-go. When I arrived home that evening, the tree was planted, but it was not in the center of the circle. IT WAS TO THE RIGHT OF THE CIRCLE! Very noticeable. Even my neighbors asked why it was planted in that location. I began calling Leslie. She was very helpful. She said someone would be out tomorrow to replant it. The next day came, nothing. I called back a few days later and was told they would be out that weekend if it didn’t rain. The weekend came with 100% sunshine, no one showed up. I called every week for over a MONTH and was told that they would be out in a day-or-two to fix. They NEVER showed up. At one point, I was told that the company had a big gig with the fairgrounds in Columbia so Summerville residents became a second-hand priority. Obviously! On another occasion, I was told that there was a stump in the center of the enclosure. Not true. Regardless, I was promised they would come out and look at it. Call-after-call, this went on for over a month. They never did. I finally wound up calling another tree company. They came and moved it. Sure enough, there was no stump! Bob’s Landscaping is NOT a reputable company in my opinion. STAY AWAY!
