two members arrived and I explain the problem. They looked at ceiling and poked a hole through the sheet rock. Tracked mud upstairs on carpet. Pulled toilet off of floor and water went everywhere. I got them a mop and bucket. They determined the toilet was improperly sealed. Check the toilet downstairs and found the same problem with the seal. Replaced seal. Later that day I went upstairs and found a wet dirty towel behind the upstairs toilet. Very unprofessional. Nice and personable but not good for business. Charged $150.00

Bruce was on time for the appointment.
The first thing he did was replace the hot water tank which took 30 to 45 minutes. 
We were having a problem with the toilet not flushing properly. Bruce got to work on that and now the toilet flushes with no problem.
There was also a problem with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. Bruce looked it over and told us what repair needed to be done. Basically it is a problem with the shower door.
Bruce is always polite and professional. He is the only plumber that we use as we trust Bruce and he is always fair to us in his pricing. We don't have to wait for days for an appointment. 
Bruce did not charge us to fix the toilet or check out the problem with the shower.
Due to government regulations effective April 15, 2015 the new water heaters must be energy efficient resulting in the cost of them going up in price however, the price Bruce charged was less than what some of our neighbors paid to have a new hot water heater installed.
We are very happy with the ASAP Plumbing and will continue to use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Call was returned very quickly. Two plumbers were early, worked quickly and efficiently. Also, explained in detail about the problem and answered all questions. We were very pleased.

I called ASAP Plumbing at 7 am and within 15 minutes they called me back.
Plumber showed up on time. He was very nice and friendly. He explained to me what he was doing. He took care of the clog which happened to be tree roots in the line. He replaced the wax seal at no extra charge and cleaned up when he was done.
This is the second time that I have used ASAP Plumbing. The first time was when our upstairs bathroom leaked and the other plumbers we called had no idea what was wrong. Bruce from ASAP Plumbing came out and knew right away what was wrong and fixed it.

Called ASAP because they installed the heater. Unfortunately leak occurred over a weekend. The following Monday received a call in response to my message. The plumber sent to find the problem determined the unit was still under warranty and made arrangements through the office to get a replacement which was installed and checked out when it was received. I was very impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. Will call them for any plumbing problems encountered in the future.

Frank Freeman showed up on time, professional and courteous. Coldest day of year and he spent it in our crawlspace. Outstanding customer service!

The project went well, they showed up as scheduled and completed everything I had requested within a timely manner, I own First Team Construction Inc and use these guys often and have known them for years, Im always very pleased with their service. This project was run seamless like all the others.

They had everything unclogged within 10 minutes and they had us check everything to see if we were satisfied with their work.

To begin with I was very nervous about a plumber coming in to our home because I had heard all about the over charging, misdiagnosis and so on. The initial visit, which by the way was the same day I called was a little worrisome. The guys were a little younger than I would have liked. I was hoping for someone a little more 'experienced'. Then they didn't have the part they needed, this was a week prior the actual 'fix'. A couple of other minor things happened but all in all workable.
and The following week, I called back to ASAP, and asked if the part had been ordered. The lady told me yes they could come back the next day. I had my husband home this time when the guys came, so he could make sure things were handled. Well, the owner of the company came and looked everything over. My husband told him of the things that had happened the week before that he did not like. Well, the owner came back and told us that we would indeed need new faucets and shower head ( a different diagnosis than originally thought) and stated we could go choose our own faucets or he could order and bring in. We elected to go to Lowes and purchase the Faucet. He then told us since he was absolutely booked the next week, he would come on Sunday morning to correct our problem. He not only came in on the weekend, he fixed our constant drip!!! And because of our and quot;minor issuesand quot; the first visit, he made some other adjustments to make up for our inconvenience. Overall, with us being so hesitant and nervous about plumbers, ASAP put all of our fears to rest! We have since referred them to some of our friends who were looking for someone reliable. Would absolutely recommend ASAP to EVERYONE!! Thank you!!!

They were reasonable, immediate, and if they could not take care of us, they recommended someone else. They also helped with problem solve so an issue would not occur again in the future.

I called ASAP and said we had a plumbing emergency as the toilets were stopped up, and it may be a blocked line leading up to the townhouse. The person in the office was extremely helpful, and rearranged their schedule so the repair crew could come immediately.They did arrive in less than 15 minutes, and cleared out a blockage in the outside line.

It was an emergency situation. Our new house was built in 1959 and had been vacant. The roots from the tree on our lawn had grown into the line and we could not shower without our toilets backing up. I spoke with Bruce on Sunday and they were able to perform the work on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). They arrived early and were finished early afternoon. Considering they dug up the lawn they actually left the property in very good condition. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the job. I had a question about the invoice and Bruce was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have already called him back for estimates on additional work at our house.
