From the first phone call ti Mike we had a great experience. He not only helped me get my money back on a unit another contractor put in a year prior (the unit never performed properly and I was constantly calling the co with no results). Then he came out with John, the owner to assure us that they would put in a system to handle the upstairs heating and cooling needs and they did. The unit cools the upper level quite well. Their installers were professional and courteous and got the job done right. If you are looking for real professionals look no further.

The seam was repaired. I disagreed with the service charge because I had to call them because of a faulty install. My original contract did not include and kind of protection for their faulty install. They did waive that $59. Service charge after I argued that t was their fault. I have sent other business their way but no more. They decided to waive the service charge because of my not getting a return phone call for over 10 days. I had been very happy with them but not any longer. I do have high praise for their servicemen though.

Very professional from start to finish and honest. The tech drove to North Charleston to get a part and showed me the receipt for it so I would know that he wasn't ripping me off.

The tech performed the semi-annual service to make sure the heat pump was operating properly for heating season. They are my go-to company for HVAC needs because they always make room in the schedule for me! I've used them for several years and for plumbing needs as well, and they're top-notch.

replaced with a 3 ton unit. We have many problems and they have been back five to six times trying to resolve a high humidity problem. After calling a another company, they infrom us that the replacement unit was too large. We contacted artric air and they agree, but refused to replace the unit.

"We simply removed a 3 ton system and replaced/installed a 3 ton system back in its place. The home builder/contractor was the one who originally installed a 3 Ton system. This job was a "change out, swap out" if you will. Why would we change the sizing of the system if the home owner had no complaints from the previous 3 Ton AC equipment? Customer wanted us to remove the 3 Ton AC system and install a smaller tonnage system based on what another company said he needed. We declined to do so."

Patrick, the plumber, arrived on time. The price had been agreed to prior to work beginning. Patrick started working upon arrival. He worked in a professional manner, cleaned up after completion and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

They are reasonably priced. They are always nice, polite and call. Their customer service seems to be pretty good. Their technicians are knowledgeable enough. We have never had any issues and we have no complaints about them.

Chuck W was very professional and was great to work with! His thorough description of his work performed was very impressive. I could tell that he knew what he was doing. He gave us a $25 coupon off of the $75 (CHEAP!) service call fee, gave us a military discount (we're police officers, not military), and even changed out thermostat to the programable one that I had for FREE! He was great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Hopefully all their technicians are as knowledgable as Chuck was!
