It was excellent, good service, they were prompt and got right to work.

Customer service is rude. The employees who visit your home show up in unmarked, beat-up pickup trucks. No uniform, no nametag, nothing. 
Scheduling is a nightmare and you should plan on being available 8am-5pm as they are bound to get your 5 hour appointment window incorrect.

WORST EXPERIENCE.  I imagine he would have taken my 3 yr old stove when I bought a new one and replaced the element himself and sold my stove after charging me $50 to diagnose!

They came on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, cold water valve. I found I could have had one overnight but they did not come out till the following Thursday with the part. They told my wife and I that as long as we didn't mind the leak, we could continue to use the machine. When we tried to use the machine, it did not work so we called back. The Technician called us back and said he never said we could use the machine. Mind you, my wife and I were both listening to him. Then I called back and the other technician who was with him said yes, he did say that and he didn't understand why the machine wasn't working but that he couldn't come back to check that day and he would check on the part. A week later they call to reschedule. Now the original Technician won't come out because he said we disrespected him. The real story is he knew that he lied and didn't want to face us. We said nothing to disrespect him other than to ask him why he was telling us two different things. Today, they came back to fix the washer, different tech, and makes the disclaimer that he hates following up on someone else's job because he doesn't know the whole story. He installs the new part, leaves, and the washer does less than it it did before they first came and still leaks. We call the shop and they say they are too busy with A/C work to come back and maybe tomorrow they will come back. Are these the folks you want working on your appliances. can you be without your washer for more than a week?

They kept me waiting for 2 1/2 weeks. They continued to rescheduled. When they came they put a compressor in it, that was small for the unit. The unit was designed to use freon 12 and they put R134 in it. He ruined the freezer and I lost $350.00 of food. I have asked them to pay for the food, but have not heard back from them.
