I am self employed so starting off was a bit rough. Katie helped me immensely by advising me on what items I could pay off to help get my credit scores where they needed to be. When I was finally approved she was there with me through the entire process and returned every phone call I had despite the time of the call. We ran into trouble with the insurance (coastal homes are tough) and Katie not only told me the problems, but gave me the solutions and the contact numbers I needed to rectify everything. It was stressful but I am glad Katie was there to help me and keep me calm.

Katie was able to find a lending program for my wife and I which had a lower rate then the bank we normally used. She was expedient while being courteous and understanding. She helped us get better organized in the process and through her careful guidance, saw us through to a successful closing. She really made us feel important and tried hard to be sure we understood each step of the home loan process. We felt we could trust her with any matter that might effect the loan and she did not abuse that trust. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so young yet with old school work values and integrity.
