Al's Pest Control

I have used him for five years or more. I don’t like the inspection of termites but it has to be done. He is really good. He does it on a quarterly basis. I have never had any problems at all. They are excellent and helpful. It has been a good relationship. He is good and he does our whole Low Country; he does Johns Island, James Island, Summerville, Mount Pleasant and West Ashley. I think he is the best because we not only use him for that but we use him for termite inspection as well. He charges us sixty dollars for pest control and I cannot remember for the termites' inspection. He does it cordially and he does not try to come out every month, like how some of them do. I don’t need to have to have a contract with him. At least I don’t think we do and we have never had a contract with him, and I don’t think he has ever asked for that. His pricing is really good, because when they come out monthly they try to call a charge almost that much. For me it is almost like twenty dollars a month. He will come back if I see something; he asks no questions. We have not had to have that done forever. We have never had any problem with his quality of work. We had a rental property that had roaches, and we had to have him come out and do it. He came out three times, and he did not charge us any additional amount on that. There were roaches there when he came out. We had to get rid of them before we could rent it. He came and did all the cabinets and he did everything. His responsiveness is great. If I want to be put on a list and be reminded, he will put me on a list and remind me when it is time; and if I say I cant do it this week, he will say that’s not a problem waiting. I don’t feel like I'm obligated to do it the day he says. When he says he is going to be here, he will be here. They are very professional and also personable. I will always continue to use Al's Pest Control. He has a couple of other people who work with him and they are just as good as he is.
