Our tech Devin diagnosed problem in minutes had unit running in less than 20 minutes. I recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right.

It went fine. No issues. they use many safety features that are not required by code.

The overall experience was excellent!! I couldn't have asked for better service. I located Air Concept Solutions on Angie's List and went with them due to the ratings and reviews. I didn't know who my recently deceased father had been using to service his unit and didn't know anyone in the town where he lived, so I looked on Angie's List. The guys from Air Concept Solutions, called to let me know they were on the way, but I also received a courtesy call the morning of too. Jamie and Taylor kept me informed of what they were doing and what was going on. I told Jamie that I found the company on Angie's List and he was like, that's great. He also told me, that they don't get to the area my dad's place is in, which is Harleyville SC, that much. So he's glad to see that people read the reviews. These guys were very professional and I would definitely use them again. I would also recommend them to others in the area as far service and price. Thanks Again!!!!!

We had a duct that was loose and needed the main area to be replaced. They replaced and repaired ductwork.

From estimate to installation, Mike and his crew were responsive and easy to deal with. There was some time lag (approx 2 weeks), but given time of year and the amount of work to be done - it was reasonable.

Exceptionally well. Owner (Mike Sowder) came on Monday, arriving at scheduled time. He determined there was no Freon in A/C and, due to age and EPA regs, could not be repaired. We discussed alternatives and decided to replace with an upgrade to unit. Scheduled work for next day. Crew (Jaimie, Hunter, Carl) arrived on time and completed the job expeditiously and well. As job was ending (near 6:00p.m.) Terri (Owner's wife) came to job site with detailed invoice and the paper work to obtain rebate from SCE&G. Tested system. OK.

It's been really good.



They were willing to match other decent peoples prices and even come down a little lower.

They are the ones that installed it about three four years ago.

It went great! Mike and his crew came out...it was already well past 5 after a holiday weekend to see what the matter was exactly rather than leave me waiting longer. They fixed everything and explained what I needed to know. Very satisfied with their service.

Could not have been better. Owner Mike came out to give estimate and did the most through evaluation of my problem. I knew I needed a new unit, but he discovered serious problems with duct work and showed me what the problems were. I decided to go with a compete new system and he gave me a number of alternatives for price and types of AC units. His recommendations were right on and we even added two new runs to include an attached sunroom to the house system. House has never been so good. I can't recommend Air Concept Solutions highly enough. From start to finish the job and personnel were helpful friendly and professional. If you are looking for service or a new system, don't look any further.

Mike the owner of Air Concepts Solutions, LLC came out and after a few minutes he narrowed the problem down to a motor that expelled the CO2 out of the unit and it was jammed by an acorn.  The motor was hot so he requested some ice and a zip lock bag so we could try to cool down the motor.  After a bit we started the unit up and it was working.  Mike explained that luckily the unit had a over heating switch so it did not burn itself out, if it had burned itself out it would have cost several hundred to replace.

Mike pointed out that a screen used to be over the exhaust vent that prevented debris from getting inside and recommended we get another screen to put over it so it would not happen again.

They came out pretty quick and on a Saturday with no extra charge.  I had a spike with my electric bill and was concerned that there was some kind of electrical or a/c issue.  They checked everything out and went up to the attic and examined up there as well.  They cleaned the a/c unit and advised a new thermostat, which I purchased.  My electric bill just arrived and was lower than it’s ever been.  I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend this company to others.  They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, informative and very reasonable in their prices.

Our a/c had been freezing up and we smelled something that had burned out. They came out identified the problem, got the old unit running until new one could be installed . This was a difficult task as previous people that worked on unit had rigged up various things that were not correct! As it turned out, they had to come back one more time before new unit out in place. The install took most of the day. The crew were extremely polite and neat. The owner , Mike, runs a tight ship and is very experienced. The night after I noticed that I had some water spots on a ceiling. He and the crew were here IMMEDIATELY to check the cause. They removed the water, treated the ceiling so no mold would grow and came back the next day to install a different type of duct box to prevent this from happening again. His crew and he then dried and painted the ceiling. Two days later he returned to put another coat of paint on and make sure all was well. We now have a great, efficient system that I don't want anyone else to touch!! They really did a fabulous job!!

Someone came out to give an estimate within a day of first contacting them, and they did the work within 48 hours of accepting the bid. Everyone I had contact with in the company was polite and professional and willing to answer any questions I had - this includes the men who installed the unit at the house.  Since the weather has been temperate, I have not tested the heating system much, but the installers checked it thoroughly before they left.

Had no air con/heat upstairs.  Made it through the summer, butter winter was impossible.
Called just before Thanksgiving--took their name from good reviews that I read on Angie's List.
Received a discount because of A's List.  They fixed it a few days before Thanksgiving so that my daught, son-in-law and new grandson could stay with me.
Very pleased with them.

A few months back lightening struck our central unit and I called them on a Friday night and they sent someone out on Saturday to check it out.  They found out our zone board was bad, and they replaced 1 thermostat.  They were to get us a quote for the zone board on the following Monday.  We didn't hear back from them for a while, so we finally called them and found out there were some issues with the technician who had originally been sent out.  There was some miscommunication and we even got another estimate from another company to fix the problem.
The original company called us this week and wanted to make everything right and so they came today and replaced our zone board and our other thermostat.  We were pleased with the work they did, the professionalism of the owners of the company, and with the way they worked with us to make it right.

we had an emergency and worked with me on timing, went out of his way, due to circumstances, to juggle things to accommodate  our needs.  thankfully, he was easy to work with and encouraged me to educate myself about features of the system and proposed set up, making me feel very comfortable with his proposal..

We got off to a rocky start but they ended being hardworking and fixed the problem. Overall, I was happy with their service, customer representation as well as their professionalism.
