David Wilsey performed the home inspection very thoroughly that included follow-up discussions with me, a written report and pictures of various areas of the home that are typically not seen by the purchaser such as the attic space and other areas for further documentation and clarification for items in the report.  He put to ease some questions we had about the home.  We will definitely consider David again in the future!

I am out of state so he was happy to meet my Realtor at the house for the inspection and email the report to me. My Realtor had no problems with him and his report covered all the items I was looking for.

Excellent. David arrived on time and was able to address the major concerns I had about my home foundation and cracking of external brick wall. He gave me a realistic, believable assessment of the foundation problems and recommended solutions that were complete as to repair of the damage and fixing the cause of the problem. He also did a complete inspection of the house. It was thorough and his recommendations make sense. He has impressive experience in electrical, plumbing, and roofing problems as well as foundation issues. His report is well written and received within a couple of days. There were many pictures to document the problems he found.

Thorough exam. I had been having problems with a home builder regarding my roof, my roof had been sagging. A 2 Z discovered that trusses were inconsistently placed and were bowed. Still waiting for the builder to correct problem.
