It went well. The place was a little tough to find, but once I found it the employees inside were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimate for what it would cost and how long it would take. They also asked if I would like to remove the broken glass from the door or if they did it it they would not assume responsibility if the furniture was damaged. I allowed them to complete the work themselves. They job took twice as long as quoted because they were short staffed but the final work they produced was just what I needed. The price was reasonable at best but I I would definitely use them again.

The man cutting the mirror was having a hard time getting an exact oval so he told my husband, he would find a template and get the oval the next day. When I went to pick it up it was not an oval it was an egg and not even usable. I wasted the large mirror and threw away the money.

"THIS MEMBER BROUGHT HIS MIRROR INTO OUR OFFICE TO "CUT DOWN" FOR HIM. HE WENT INTO THE BACK WAREHOUSE WITH MY EMPLOYEE. ONCE THEY WERE BACK THERE, HE TOLD HIM HE WOULD LIKE AN OVAL CUT. MY EMPLOYEE (NAMED "SETH") ASKED THIS CUSTOMER IF HE HAD A PATTERN OF AN OVAL. HE SAID HE DID NOT. "SETH" SAID, SIR, I CANNOT CUT AN OVAL WITHOUT A PATTERN. I CAN FREE HAND IT BUT IT WILL NOT BE PERFECT. THEY WERE TRYING TO "DRAW" OUT AN OVAL WITH A PIECE OF STRING. (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, IT WAS NOT SYMMETRICAL.) I HAD TO PAY MY EMPLOYEE 1.5 HOURS OF OVERTIME WHILE THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO DRAY IT OUT WITH STRING. HE ASKED IF WE COULD FIND AN OVAL PATTERN FOR HIM. "SETH SAID, I WILL TRY, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN FIND ONE. SETH SAID, IF HE COULD NOT FIND ONE, HE WOULD FREE HAND IT THE BEST HE COULD. HE AGREED (THE MIRROR WAS USED AND SCRATCHED). WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD CALL HIM WHEN IT WAS READY, AND WE WOULD TRY TO MAKE A PERFECT OVAL BUT IT WAS VERY HARD WITHOUT A PATTERN PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. HIS WIFE CAME TO PICK THE MIRROR UP SEVERAL DAYS AFTER WE CALLED TO PICK UP (THEY HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN AND SHE HAD BEEN SICK). MORAL OF THE STORY: I HAVE OVER $75 WORTH OF LABOR IN THIS JOB. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT PROVIDE A PATTERN, AND IT WAS MADE VERY CLEAR IT WOULD NOT BE PERFECT. IT WAS NOT PROMISED FOR THE NEXT DAY. WE CALLED THEM FOR PICK UP AND THEY PICKED IT UP SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I CHARGED THIS CUSTOMER $25.00. (THIS IS THE SAME AMOUNT WE CHARGE FOR A SIDE VIEW MIRROR ON A AUTOMOBILE THAT IS APPROX. 10" X 12") THIS MIRROR WAS 26 1/2" X 35" WITH PATTERN CUT OVAL. PERSONALLY, I THINK THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO HAND DRAW THIS OVAL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE A PATTERN. IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO CUT GLASS FREEHAND MUCH LESS AN OVAL WITHOUT A PATTERN. I ALMOST DIDN'T ACCEPT THIS JOB, BECAUSE OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT WOULD COME WITH IT. HE SEEMED LIKE A VERY NICE GUY AND WE WERE TRYING TO HELP THEM OUT. I AM SORRY THEY ARE UNHAPPY. NEXT TIME, PLEASE BRING A PATTEN!"

The office personnel are very professional and friendly. Jerry arrived to obtain measurements precisely on time. A detailed written estimate was then provided within 48 hours. He was very helpful with his suggestions regarding the type of finish, etc. The installation took a bit of time, as parts were received by their distributor broken or damaged. However, they kept me informed (several phone calls on my part), were apologetic for the delays and the final product is beautiful. The guys who did the actual installation were polite, neat and nice to my dog who was very curious about the entire process.
