A & E HEATING & AIR

This company installed a heating and air conditioning system in a building we renovated in 2003. We moved into the building in November 2003 and by the summer of 2004 we noticed the air conditioning on one side of the building was not operating properly. We called and they did initially respond, several times to get the system working. They offered an extended warranty on the questionable unit, so we paid the extra $$$$ to buy the warranty in 2005. I realize the warranty is only as good as the company you deal with. I would not recommend this company. They have no idea how to deal with the public and their method of customer service is to ignore if there is any problem. They have my money, and I do not know where to turn, as they will not call me back. We are sitting in the heat at 92 degrees during the hottest week of the year. I have never been unpleasant to any of the representatives of this company, accept to say I thought they were trying to void the warranty. Help.
