+ -1 morekIdentified problem as compressor, got the right new one within a day, replaced it same day. Answered all my questions, explained everything I needed to know about the equipment, clearly and completely.
Description of Work: Inspected, tested, found heat pump problem was compressor. Replaced it, for $1,100.00 less than next nearest bidder. Came promptly, completed the work within a day.
