General cleanings include deep cleaning restrooms and kitchen area (also the fridge and microwave), sweeping and mopping/vacuuming, dusting, pet hair/odor removal, making beds if requested, cleaning windows and glass Deep cleaning includes all of the above plus scrubbing baseboards and cleaning walls + ceilings unless ceilings are popcorn ceilings, this also includes hardwood polishing/carpet cleaning if requested.
