She did an excellent job both times. She is punctual, responsible and does a fantastic job! She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is also very intelligent and cares about her clients as people, not just as business prospects..I cannot recommend her highly enough. Both times I worked (years apart) with her she was consistently superior in her work and deportment.

They appeared on time did the work as we discussed with Dory, cleaned up and left. Dory came back later that day to ensure that the work was done both to our and her satisfaction. The information she shared with us on how the trimmed tree will behave and how to take care of others was not only helpful but fascinating.

Excellent experience. Prompt response to our query, quick on site visit to provide estimate, and work scheduled and completed right away, Perfect.

It   was two weeks from the estimate price to actuall work performed.  The work day was selected and the company show up at the precise time.  The tree expert started at the top branch by branch. Having lowered all branches carefully to the ground by rope.
No damage to the other shrubs or to the house which was 10 feet away. . The crew was courteous,prompt and efficient.

They did a good job and I liked them a lot.  I will continue to use their services in future.

The job went extremely well. The trees were removed on schedule and with no unanticipated complications. This was a fascinating project, and my wife and I sat spellboound as the climbers went about their work. Dory Davis (yes, a woman!), the owner of Work, Inc, and Patrick Murphy, the owner of Murphy's Affordable Tree Service, combined to put on a demonstration of grace, power, and professionalism the likes of which I have seldom witnessed. Working 100+ feet off the ground with a chainsaw is not a job for the faint of heart. Getting the tree down in pieces without causing any damage to surrounding structures is no job for rookies. Dory and Pat got it done without a hiccup. When they left, our yard was cleaner than when they started. There was some unavoidable Bobcat damage to the grass - Dory had warned us ahead of time about it. They had to uproot the gate to get the Bobcat into the yard. When they left, the posts were cemented into the ground straighter than before. Again, Dory had told us ahead of time that the gate would have to be removed. She even came to our house the night before cutting began to reroute our phone and Internet lines so we could have access. Otherwise, we would have gone two days with neither. As I have an online business, this would have been a problem. I can't say enough good things about Dory and Patrick. They just did a super job. If you need this kind of work done, I would highly recommend that you call one or both of them out to take a look. It's not cheap, but after watching the whole thing, I don't begrudge them a penny.
