the team was on time, they worked fast, were very cooperative, and the the job was done right. they ran water up to the shop building, installed water heater, roughed in shop rest room, ran drains to septic,  plumbed tub, toilet, sink, kitchen sink, water to fridge, upstairs, and outside hose bib. this took several visits during different phases of construction.

They are the best around. They do all of our work, and have for 20 years. They come almost as soon as we call. They are clean and professional. I don’t know about the price because I don’t use anybody else.

Representative was very prompt and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done to accomplish my goal. He was quite willing to work with me to keep costs down. A pleasant experience with a very nice and competent person.

Plumber arrived promptly and worked approximately 45 minutes replacing a washer in our leaky tub faucet. We made the mistake of not asking up front how much they would charge for such a minor task. When we received the bill we were shocked to see a charge of $168.34. Broken down the bill was $110 labor, $55 trip charge, $3.34 materials. We had used this plumber twice before and bills seemed reasonable as the jobs appeared more difficult. We thought having used their services twice in the last six months we would be charged a fair rate. But for just replacing a washer in less than an hour we feel we were gouged on this trip and will try some one else next time. However, in living seven years in Spartanburg we have yet to find a plumber who does not gouge their customers for simple jobs. If any one knows a plumber in the Spartanburg area who charges a fair price for simple jobs, please advise on Angie's List.

Rusty was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. It's good to find a competent plumber.

Service was excellent and the bill was reasonable. The only negative was that we did not receive a bill or invoice after Rusty completed the work. He stated the bill would be mailed. We had to take Ruzty's word the bill would be $110 and the statement we received in the mail was what he verbally stated.

The repair went very well and Rusty did an excellent job of describing the problem, the part needed to correct it (which he had in his van) and cleaning up after completion of the repair. He was pleasant and professional, and we will call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

W N Kirkland Inc Mechanical did a very good job in fixing our toilet issue. I have had no issues with the toilet backing up since. The people from W N Kirkland Inc Mechanical are extremely professional and easy to work with. They showed up right on time, and got the work done fast. I was also happy that when they left. I didn't have a big mess to clean up, they were very careful to clean up after themselves. They also told me exactly what caused the backups, and what they were going to do to solve the problem. I will continue using W N Kirkland Inc Mechanical in the future.

I have used this company for years and they were a very trusting company. They knew what they were doing. They have always done an excellent job for me, and they always cleaned up very well. I haven't had any problems with anything they have done.

Kirkland is a well-known plumber in the neighborhood and he is really great at what he does. I am pretty sure that this was the last thing he has done for me. He has done so many different things for me it is hard to say which was last. I cannot pinpoint a price for a particular service because there are so many. He has installed a well and pump for me, unclogged drains, cleaned drains and even changed the piping in a few places in the house. He is an amazing man and I respect his work very much.
