Great! Bill and his wife, Teresa spent a lot of time with us going over all the options, choices of logs, rock, showing pics of jobs they had done to give us ideas. No middle man with them. Bill actually does the work himself with a helper and his wife works at the office. Price was dramatically lower than competitor and they are much more knowledgable than others we have dealt with. Only wish we had gone to them last year when we made a poor decision going with Carolina Hearth to install logs they claimed would put out more heat-a total waste of money. Highly recommend Western Carolina Stone!!! You want be disappointed.

Bill brought a nice arrangement of stone and installed over
the existing brick fireplace. Excellent results. 

When we asked the builder about getting gas logs for the for our new home, he recommend Western Carolina, the place he'd use to for the stone on the outside of our house. Western Carolina had a wide selection of fireplace logs, in a wide range of prices, and the various options and benefits were fully explained to us. We opted for a mid-range set of logs that could be upgraded w/remote and/or a thermostat at a later time. I must admit that gas logs were pricier than I had expected, but after comparing Western Carolina's prices with the internet, I'm convinced we got a great deal.

Not too well. Came in to my home to clean fireplace with an old smelly dog towel. It was downhill from there.

They were so helpful. They helped me with my choices; I didn't know there were so many different types of rock finishes I could choose from. A week later they sent out a couple of guys to do the job. They worked on it until it was done and they always used the front door. They were very considerate with keeping the product off my carpet and anywhere else it might end up and they cleaned up the fireplace after they were done.
