It could not have gone any better with regard to Mr. Walden and the work he performed. Things happened beyond his control which necessitated his making several more trips to my house than probably would have been necessary had all gone as planned. Mr. Walden responded to my phone calls promptly and gave me good advice concerning my acquisition of sinks, etc. He always came when scheduled. He worked to accommodate my schedule. He is very neat and clean. I felt like he treated my house like it was his own.

There was a foul smell coming from under a corner kitchen cabinet that is situated away from the sink that my husband thought smelled like sewage.  Mr. Walden came the next morning as scheduled, He looked under the sink then checked under the house and told us the piping was leaking in various places from the kitchen to the washroom (which is separated by a large den) and also the pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink that takes the water to the pipe was corroded and leaking standing water.  He advised and needed to be replaced and quoted a prices of $400 and that he would have to get the piping and do the job the next morning (we think the price is extremely fair since we'd just paid someone else to re-seat a back bathroom toilet and was charged $365!!  We knew that guy would never get another penny from us.)   Back to Mr. Walden, he then proceeded to change out the plumbing under my kitchen sink at no charge!  I guess he didn't like the looks of what he'd seen and I do appreciate that I have new plumbing there.  Mr. Walden returned the next morning about 9am and proceeded on the under-the-house stuff.  It has been about six weeks and the kitchen still smells nice so hopefully that solved the stinky odor for good!  I like Mr. Walden; he is a nice guy.

1. Very responsive in a a situation where we needed help fast. Examined the issue and gave a very honest solution...not one that would cost an arm and a leg! He is now my plumber of choice.

He arrived promptly and was very courteous. He took shoes off before entering house. He worked efficiently and professional and gave helpful tips about the faucet and garbage disposal.

Mr. Walden came out with the ring I needed based on my description of the problem over the phone and had the toilet working in no time. Mr. Walden was courteous and efficiant. He asked several times if there was anything else that needed his attention before he left. I will definitely use him again.

I contacted John on Monday and we scheduled a time to meet on Tuesday. John contacted me before coming out and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. John was very professional and courteous. He inspected the faucet and suggested he attempt to repair the unit rather than replace as it could be costly since the faucet protrudes through a brick wall in an area that is on a slab. John took the unit apart and replaced some faulty washers and the valve. The water was off for less than 10 minutes while he performed the work. Overall I was very satisfied with the workmanship and plan to call John for any future needs.

Mr. Walden arrived promptly for his initial visit. In addition to discussing the job, he offered some interesting information about the evolution of drainage and sewage systems in our old neighborhood. He gave what I thought was a reasonable quote. Within a few days he returned to my house and did the work.

John had to improvise a bracket due to the tight space between the undermount sink and the back wall. The installation was done well and the project was a complete success with John's final touch.

He is thorough, reliable and punctual. He is also very reasonable and we have used him several times.

The one thing I would like others to know about this company is that he was real honest and reliable. We haven't had any problems with this last job or the ones prior to that. He cleaned up after he was done. He was a very nice man.

The one thing I would want people to know is that John was very smart. He was very knowledgeable in his trade. You could ask him a question about anything to do with plumbing and he would have an answer for you. I have used him many times in the past and I believe he was the most trusting and dependable plumber out there. I don't care to give out price.
