Vic Bailey Honda

They do the maintenance, oil change and tire rotations at certain mileages. My truck uses almost eight quarts of oil. They do fantastic. Most of the time, depending on how many people are there they do the oil change in about 30 minutes. I used their body shop one time, it was covered by insurance. Vic Bailey has always been good. I've bought a lot of parts from them in the past as well.

They didn't have the particular color I wanted with leather interior so they contacted a dealer in Charlotte they drove the car down for me to Vic Bailey on my behalf. They went of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. They are very flexible and they are willing to make sure that you are happy. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Norma who is over the service department there at Bailey has always been extremely helpful. I can trust the word. She never indulges anything if something needs to be done she lets me know exactly ahead of time what it is going to cost. I would use this provider again in the future.

The service manager Steven was wonderful. They even loaned us a car to drive around while the service was being done.

I went online to price cars. Vic Bailey had the best price. The salesman was very professional and nice.

Vic Bailey Honda were excellent. They are very courteous. If there's a problem, they'll come and go over it with you. They show you what parts they're taking out. Before you pay the bill, the manager comes over and reviews each item on the bill before you pay for it. If you need something, they'll make suggestions and tell you why they're suggesting it. They've never suggested anything to me that I thought they were just trying to make money off me. It's a little expensive, because it's a dealer. That's where they make a lot of profit, is on repairing their make of cars. Some people make more money on repairs than they did on the sale of the vehicle.

I purchased my car from Vic Bailey in October. first and plast car I will ever buy from them. They ripped me off over $120 on my oil change, and lied to me saying that I had a tire that could not be plugged (told me the nail was in the tire wall). I needed the tire quicker than they could order it, so I ask for my tire back. I looked at it and the nail was not in the tire wall. I then went to discount tire and they told me the tire could definitely be plugged and that is was not even close to the tire wall. They plugged it for FREE and I haven't had a single issue from the tire. Vic Bailey was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lied about the entire situation. They also WAY over-charged me for an oil change. I found out because my co-workers took his same car there the same day and his way only $40. They did not offer me the promotion even though I had just bought my car from them PLUS they lied about my tire. NEVER NEVER NEVER buying or servicing at Vic Bailey ever again. They were super rude when I called to complain, and I told me I was being disrespectful to his company. WOW!

It went great. They knew exactly what was wrong with my car. They informed me of some things that were wrong with my car.

My 8:00 AM appointment was kept to the minute. The service rep, Norma Finger, checked the tread depth of all four tires before the van was driven to the shop. I received a detailed list with sketches and drawings of all the items checked. The 3rd brake light was out and replaced. All other items checked out OK. Routine maintenance, oil and filter change as well as tire rotation and balancing was done. Everybody in the Service Department is professional, polite, and competent.
