Clock Repair
My mother bought a beautiful gold clock in Europe. The clock was made in Switzerland -purchased there too. The clock had been in the family for forty years. The repair man failed to recognize that it was clearly made in Switzerland, took it apart and was unable to fix it and actually made the problem worse, he then charged us for work that he could not do. He removed parts of the clock. The clock is now being repaired in New York.

He dropped everything he was doing and took care of everything right away. Other shops quoted $75 or more just to check it out. He was very pleasant, professional, and the shop was neat and clean. He was obviously busy, but he dropped what he was doing to help us.
