Toby was punctual and extremely professional. He cleaned up his mess, took his shoes off when entering the house and did an excellent job of replacing all the hardware, stems (from 1920's tub). He also replaced the stem and hardward from an outside shower I have and did an excellent job. He was here for about 3.5 hours and he and his apprentice did an excellent job. They were much cheaper than other plumbers I've had as well as more professional and did a better job.
