Scott was very professional and really knew his stuff. I have had other companies work on my system in the past that weren't able to address and fix the issues with my system. I have had this A/C system for about 5 years and it's been one thing after another to go wrong with it...the company that had been servicing it would guess and replace parts but never really properly diagnosed the issues correctly. Scott came in and in 15 minuets had the problem diagnosed and corrected. He was very friendly and professional...he really knows his business. I will definitely use Thompson Heating & Cooling for any future repairs and eventually replace the system at some point. Thanks Scott for your help and quick response to my issue.
