Came home from vacation to a major water leak in upstairs bath. Damage was wide spread both upstairs and down stairs. Severe damage to flooring and some walls and ceilings.
Insurance company put me in touch with ServPro of North Spartanburg. They came out the next morning.
Although the team indicated they were experienced, the work they performed was extremely sub-par. I communicated my concerns to the insurance adjustor. He had one of ServPro's supervisors out to my home the next day and he wasn't any better.
The following day, my insurance company sent a local adjustor to my home to inspect the on going work. He agreed with my overview and ServPro was fired from the job that day.
Paul Davis Restoration was hired to take up the work where ServoPro stopped. They have handled the job very professionally.
