The young man who came to do the job was on time and very polite. All stains were removed from 1 couch and most from the other/chair which were very old. He used a gentler cleaner on the old furniture to keep it from being damaged and was very careful with it, some stains were left but it was a great deal cleaner (and fresher smelling) after and I was very pleased. Would definitely use again.
